Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the works for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form at Valeria Corvino a reference of the consignment VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Valeria Corvino to that effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the works. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to:

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Valeria Corvino will communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the works. As the only charge, in this case the customer will have to bear the return costs. The works must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. Upon receipt, the works will be examined and, in the presence of damage or tampering, the withdrawal will be considered invalid.

 

Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the works, Valeria Corvino will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 working days from the date of return of the works. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide bank account details to Valeria Corvino in order to obtain a refund of the price.
